KEEP THE FAITH
The Poland national team manager Waldemar Fornalik has said that he feels that his team is having a lot of faith in the moment and will be ready to take on Uruguay in a friendly match. Poland will be taking on the South American nation Uruguay in a friendly match looking to add to the two victories they have achieved in the recent four matches. Poland were extremely poor at the Euro 2012 despite being one of the host nations. This led to intense criticism of the team and the manager Waldemar Fornalik has made a lot of changes since the exit from the Euro 2012.
He has said that the changes are bringing out the desired effect in the team, as they have been able to claim crucial victories against Moldova in a World Cup qualifying match, while also drawing with England. They will be playing in a friendly match against Ukraine before entering into the World Cup qualifying matches once again from March. Waldemar Fornalik has said that he has made the team more attacking in nature. As a result, they have been able to play with more freedom and have consequently gained a lot of confidence as result of it.
“Over these last few months since I took over the team, the most important thing for me is that we have managed to change the attitude of the group, making it more expansive. The boys have found faith in their own abilities. They believe we can develop. We’re playing with our optimal squad. This is the last major test of the year, against a very strong opponent,” said the Poland national team manager ahead of the Uruguay match. Poland could be set to welcome the captain Kuba Blaszczykowski, as he has sufficiently recovered from his injury.

POLAND HAVE CHANGED
The Poland national team manager Waldemar Fornalik has said that he feels that the national team has changed a lot in terms of attitude for the last few months ever since going out of the Euro 2012 in disappointing fashion. Poland played at the Euro 2012 as part of the hosts, but were unable to progress past the group stages of the tournament. In fact, they suffered a very humiliating exit from the competition, which has raised the questions about the future of the national team. Ahead of the match with Uruguay on Wednesday, the manager Waldemar Fornalik said that he is confident that the team will be able to improve on its results in the World Cup qualifying stages.
Poland have started the World Cup qualifying campaign for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil with just one victory in the first three matches. They will be playing against Uruguay in a friendly match, which gives Waldemar Fornalik the opportunity to test and see a few players. He has accepted the fact that the team was not at its best at the Euro 2012, but they have managed to change their attitude in recent weeks and are much competitive than before. He has also said that the team has an optimal squad at the moment, which is moving in the right direction.
